I colour drenched my daughter’s room in this colour and I was skeptical at first but was so glad I went for it. It’s bright but looks amazing! Would highly recommend!

We bought this paint as the original shade we painted the living room was really dull and flat. It made the room feel lifeless. We realized that we could go for a less traditional colour but get the punch that we needed. After buying a tester sheet, we fell in love and colour drenched our walls. The result is stunning and yes I describe the walls of juicy. Really great sample match. Definitely needs a good mix but went on like butter, dried really well and quite fast, we actually did 2 coats in one evening. No awful paint smell. Highly highly recommend.

Good quality tools and great application. Only thing is the roller tray disintegrates rather quickly if you were looking to save the tray for the next day and not have to empty it.

I don’t believe this is truly multi-surface. We had a decorator who has decorated our whole house and used this on skirting/doors in one room. It has flaked off everywhere - terrible! This has become such an inconvenient and expensive experiment!

Lovely colour and consistency. My only slight gripe seemed to be the grey undertone pigments in there showed up in spots when painting regardless of vigorous and consistent mixing.

This is an an absolutely beautiful colour and the matt finish is gorgeous. It's totally transformed the room and we love it! I've only knocked a star off because the coverage wasn't quite as amazing, it takes three coats to not be streaky or patchy which adds up in terms of price (and isn't reflected in the online calculation for how much to buy - we ended up having to make another order to replenish, which was annoying).

This is the first time I've used lick paint and wouldn't hesitate to do so again! The colour was perfect for what I wanted and although I did need to do 3 coats and a touch up, this is common with all yellows from the research I did online. Quality wise, the paint went on smoothly without any trouble and was a good consistency.

lovely paint, application was very smooth and velvety, also one coat was enough to cover even dark colours. Perfect! this white had a hint of pink, so i would say it was a very light pink. makes the room feel cozy.

The only reason I gave a 4 was I was a little disappointed with the colour as it looks more green than blue. Coverage was perfect. I could have just done the one coat but did 2. Used a brush rather than a roller and it gave the perfect finish. Only used 1/4 of a tin.

Absolutely love this colour, looks very different in the room than on the website but we saw it in a local B&Q under different lighting and it’s so much more than just grey! Very cosy vibes and goes great with brushed brass and gold colourings. I’d say it doesn’t go with brushed chrome which was our initial plan.

We’ve used higher end brands before and they’ve been disappointing, but not this time. My husband and I can’t believe how well the paint went on, the finish and (I think I’m using the right terminology!) pigment. We’re also wondering if it even needs a second coat as there doesn’t seem to be any patchy areas- all very even 👌

I’d had several pots of paint trying to get the right colour and then I came across Lick Blue 02 it’s the most perfect eggshell blue with a twist of spearmint…. I’ve pair the blue with Tobacconist ( Green with a Bronze undertone) the perfect colour match …. My ceiling looks incredible

Although it does need a double coat, this Blue looks awesome on 1 or 2 of the walls of a bedroom which I did and also the landing. My only gripe is that when peeling off the side/ceiling tapes, ensure you do them right away as once the paint dries, the strips may remove some of the paint too.

4" Mid Pile Roller Sleeve (4 pack)
The roller handle I have for these is the absolute best. The little roller sleeves are good and smooth, giving a nice coverage, but I do feel they shed a little more than others I’ve used and I had to be quite on top of this. I missed a few so now they’re on the ceiling forever more.

This beige is wonderful and very beautiful. Paint covers very well depending on what colour you’re painting over. I was painting over a dark green and two coats was more than enough. The eggshell leaves a beautiful sheen making our bedroom very light zen and airy. Would recommend this colour and paint!

We colour drenched our extension in white 06, a nice warm white which goes well with our green kitchen. Would definitely recommend Lick paint.

Lick is now my go to paint. After years of decorating disappointment I purchased a tin on Lick paint in lock down, now most of my house is painted in lick. Its thick texture means you only need 1 or 2 coats, I’m anti roller and it goes on really well with a brush. This time it was the turn of my daughter’s bedroom. As she moves from child to pre teen Teal 06 was the perfect choice.

After half a century of DIY I have discovered this new (to me at least) paint. First reaction, "it's too expensive" BUT it was also just the right colour so I took a chance. Result, fantastic coverage, very easy to apply, and great end result. Never thought that I could get excited about a tin of paint but I am already looking for another project to use the product again. Ordered paint on-line and was delivered within 24 hours. I knew when I moved in what colour I wanted the kitchen wall. I couldn’t find the right shade till I stumbled across Lick paint. Green 09 was perfect. As soon as I started using it I knew this was a different kind of paint. I didn’t need to redo my edges, they were covered perfectly and the rest of the wall was the same. So one full coat and I was done so much so that I’ve still got half a tin left so I can do my downstairs toilet too. Happy days. I’m a convert. Bye bye fuffy dog paint and hello Lick.

This paint is amazing, we were decorating our front from of a house that we recently moved into. The previous owner was a chain smoker and the walls were stained a yellow colour. After giving the walls a wash with sugar soap we painted in pink 07. Wow what can I say this paint is just wonderful, the coverage is incredible! The colour is even better than what we thought. You won’t regret getting a Lick paint - incredible value for money, with a genuine high class finish.

I have been a Lick customer for a few years, having previously relied on Laura Ashley paints to decorate my house, so in my opinion, Lick had a lot to live up to. Lick emulsions have been more than a match (excuse the pun) for any of the premium brands and so when I decided to repaint my kitchen doors, I chose Lick eggshell paint. The results have been fabulous, I primed each door with a good quality white shellac paint and then applied the Lick eggshell with a small sponge roller, applying three coats with an hour’s drying time left between each at room temperature. Each coat pulls tight as it dries and the resulting finish is smooth with a consistent sheen across the surface of each door. After an overnight drying period I was able to remount each door and though the paint was sill a little ‘rubbery’ to the touch, the surface was not marked by my fingers. I was very careful opening and closing the doors for the next few days but after a week the paint was rock hard and very resistant to scratches and food splashes, including pickled beetroot juice, which wiped off with a damp sponge cloth. All-in-all I couldn’t be happier with Lick paints and they will remain my go-to brand for all future decorating projects.

Pink 09
I chose to color block a very small spare room with this paint... it's now a warm cosy dream, with the paint changing colour depending on the light. Application was dreamy as with previous lick paints I have used. I had one moment as it was drying when I panicked I'd gone too barbie pink... but it has settled into a gorgeous toned down plaster colour that reminds me of soho house interiors.

Not going to lie, I was sceptical given the price, I have never paid so much for paint but it was. totally worth it. the colour is fantastic and the paint is such good quality, it was worth it not to have to do that dreaded third coat!

Blue 07
The blue 07 is a nice deep blue with a hint of green in certain lights. I used it to paint my home office. It ended up taking three coats so coverage isn’t as good as I expected but I would still recommend it.

This is really good quality paint, very good to work with and great coverage. The colour is very sophisticated, we love it. Even better than the paint though is the customer service from Lick.

We did a small spare bedroom walls and trim in blue 04, and it's the nicest colour. Relaxing but still interesting enough. Paint goes on nice and only needed two coats to cover dark walls. Planning to do bottom kitchen cabinets in the same colour as we love it so much!

This is best paint I have ever bought. It is an expensive but used it to do a feature wall. I wish I could have afforded it to use on the rest of the room. The colour was just as the sampler. My friends and family all commented on how good it looked and I would gladly recommend it.

Just wish there were discount codes for repeat purchases as we ran out on our 2.5 L and had to buy another can - should have bought a 5l for the two walls in our 3x3 m room. But it covers extremely well - I just did 3 coats because we had dark paint underneath.
